Opponents are giving wrong color to British citizenship, Mohammad Amir KARACHI: National team fast bowler Mohammad Aamir has said that he is not going to play in the IPL under any circumstances. If he goes to play in the league as a Pakistani, he will feel more proud.

Speaking on ARY News’ Sports Room program, fast bowler Mohammad Aamir said that cricket should be kept separate from politics, we want Pak-India relations and better cricket, Indian fans also want to see Pakistani players play there.

Mohammad Amir clarified that I am not going to represent any other country nor am I going to play in IPL.  I have a residence card.  If I get a British passport, it is my right and my personal matter. The fast bowler added that if the team’s environment remained bad, it would be detrimental to our country.

Regarding PSL, Mohammad Aamir said that he likes to play league matches in Pakistan.  Now it’s time to show the game in Abu Dhabi.  We are ready to paint in Abu Dhabi. Mohammad Aamir said that Karachi Kings has become a family for me, the replacement players who have come to us are also the best, our bowling attack is the best, inshallah, success will be ours.
